Security cameras differ from CCTV in that there is no security presence watching the camera feed in real time. In this instance, footage is reviewed after the fact in an attempt to gain clarity on the identification of a person, vehicle, etc. For this reason, the image quality provided by a security camera needs to be as sharp as possible in order to optimise any investigative process. Our understanding and knowledge of effective security cameras is harnessed in each project that we undertake to guide our customers in making the correct security camera decision for their specific risks.
